"A very bad state farm auto insurance broker. When you buy insurance, the attitude is very good. When you encounter problems and need consultation, you can never find anyone. She doesn't answer the phone, emails, or text messages. Even when you call to ask, she is arrogant and rude. I don't know if this lady has any professionalism. I can only say that if you want to experience the most basic good communication and consultation experience, don't be here. The front desk operator Valerie is really unacceptable!
